Job Description 

  • The APAC Transformation Manager plays a key role in supporting the firm’s regional transformation agenda. The role focuses on coordinating innovation and change initiatives across APAC countries, supporting adoption of group-wide solutions, and ensuring alignment with Group Transformation priorities.
  • This position works closely with country teams and Group stakeholders to drive collaboration, monitor progress, and support effective change implementation across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the APAC portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives in line with Group strategy and priorities.
  • Drive delivery of regional transformation projects, including governance, prioritization, and progress tracking.
  • Support adoption of group-wide tools, systems, and solutions across APAC, including change communication and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with country leadership teams and Group Transformation to ensure consistent implementation and alignment.
  • Guide APAC countries through change management processes and promote innovation practices across the region.

 

Qualifications and Experience

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, transformation, or related roles.
  • Experience in coding or developing new solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of innovation and transformation methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Scrum.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
